The person being questioned is Dalton Carr the Project Manager for the Republic Wind (APEX) Project.For being the Republic Wind Project Manager it sure seems like Mr. Carr doesn't have much data to back up his statements he made in his testimony. I think we will see more and more deficiencies come to light in the coming days of testimony. We will share more on the adjudicatory hearing in the coming days.
