Webmaster’s Note: Yes, I know that this is New York (one of the “armpits” of liberalism) but it is setting new precedents for the fight for all of us against the tyranny of the industrial wind scam!
FANTASTIC NEWS!!!! THIS IS BIG!
SHARE!!! INFORM!! The TRITH IS ON OUR SIDE!
I just received this email from
John Droz, Jr with the video attached…
Last night a Western NY County Board of Health officially advocated that industrial wind turbines be placed no closer to homes than 1.5 miles, and be limited to a maximum of 35 dBA noise!
PLEASE watch this very short video which summarizes this extraordinarily positive development.
Note that the initial comments indicate that these types of major wind energy health regulations are endorsed by:
a) the Chautauqua County Board of Health, and
b) the Western New York Health Alliance, and
c) the NYS Association of County Health Officials!
Although their recommendation is that these regulations be incorporated into a full NY SEQR process, it is unlikely that the State will actually change the SEQR rules to officially incorporate that. So far, the full SEQR process addresses nothing that is industrial wind energy specific.
In the meantime it is up to local citizens and their representatives to defend their rights — and since we are a Home Rule State, you can do this. The bottom line is that these recommendations for NYS communities:
a) endorse the extreme importance of passing a well-written local wind law (see our model), and
b) support the five key provisions of our model wind law.
For more details, please closely study the material on the Key Documents page of our website. Essentially everything you need to protect the health safety and welfare of your community (i.e. your civil rights) is on that page.
Let me know any questions.

PS — Please pass this onto other NY citizens who are trying to defend their rights against a wind energy threat.
PPS — We should work to get other NYS County Boards of Health to follow the superior, citizen-oriented position taken by the Chautauqua County Board of Health.
