Ohio Gov. John Kasich will join three fellow governors in speaking on a panel at the National Clean Energy Summit in Las Vegas on Oct. 13.
Kasich has said he believes Ohio must pursue policies to encourage the development of clean energy to promote job growth as progressive companies such as Amazon and others prefer to use renewable energy.
California Gov. Jerry Brown, Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker and Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval also will appear on the panel.
The governors will discuss how states can promote economic development by pursuing clean energy-friendly initiatives. (Webmaster’s note: They never seem to come up with any practical, effective, reliable ways now do they…? Seems like they can’t get past the “golden goo$e” of wind & solar!)
Former Vice President Al Gore also is one of the featured speakers.
