Current law allows wind developers to build as close to neighbors as they wish after negotiating an agreement to do so. Pprojects under development in Ohio are proceeding successfully under such agreements, which are anything but “unreasonable.” Developers do not need shorter setbacks, writes Chris Aichholz of Bloomville in Seneca County in a letter to the editor.
